Admission and Enrolment Process

1. Create an Account with the Niagara Region Child Care Registry 

Please log in or create an account with the Niagara Region Child Care Registry 

 

Please Note: Toddlers must be 12 months of age of older and must be able to successfully carry out the following tasks: 

  • Walk 

  • Sit on a chair independently 

  • Sleep on a cot (as opposed to a crib) 

  • ​

Be down to one rest period per day between the hours of noon (12) and 2 pm.

2. Await an Email 
 

Once you have applied, you will receive a follow-up email from our Administrative Team directing you to complete our in-house waitlist package which includes: 

  • A Waitlist Form 

  • BMN’s Waitlist Policies 

  • A letter of intent, answering the following question: “Why do you feel that Montessori is a good fit for your child?”

  • A “Help Us to Get To Know Your Child Questionnaire Form” 


Families have five (5) business days to complete their waitlist package in order to be considered. Failure to complete this package by this deadline will result in the removal of your child from our in-house waitlist.

3. Arrange For a School Tour

Once a spot becomes available, we will reach out to your family to arrange a tour with yourself and your child.

 

Following the tour, should we feel that we are a good fit for your family, we will arrange a time for you (the parent/guardian) to observe in the classroom (each for a 10 minute period).

4. Receipt of Acceptance Letter​

Should we feel that we can best support your child, we will provide you with an acceptance letter.

5. Accept Enrolment Offer​

​

Your family will be given three (3) business days (as per BMN’s Waitlist Policy) to accept or decline the School’s enrolment offer. 

 

*Please Note: Failure to adhere to this timeframe will result in the loss of your child’s spot in the program.

 

Your family will receive an enrolment package upon acceptance.

6. Submit Enrolment Package and Deposit​

​

Your family will have five (5) days to complete and return the following: 

  • The enrolment package and all accompanying documentation (*including a copy of your child’s immunization record or valid affidavit)  

  • A deposit of 1st and 50% of last month’s (June’s) tuition

    • Cash, E-Transfer sent to info@beemontessori.ca or Cheque made out to Bee Montessori Niagara Inc. for remaining months if you have selected the monthly payment plan.

 

Your child will be welcomed into our program upon successful completion and provision of the above items. 

 

*Please Note: Failure to do so will result in the loss of your child’s spot in the program.


Refunds are not available once your child’s admission has been accepted.
